| Philippe LEON of Fondation Seguin will be joining a distinguished panel at the tenth edition of the Terra Festival. The event is scheduled from 12 to 21 April 2013.
The association TERRA Festival governed by the law of 1901 was created in November 2008. Its objective is to manage the TERRA Festival in partnership with the creators of the festival organizations, the National Park of Guadeloupe and the Municipality of Lamentin. |

| Fondation Seguin joins Timberland in support of the Smallholder Farmer Alliance in Haiti |

Fondation Seguin partnered with the Smallholder Farmers Alliance, or Alyans Ti Plantè in Creole, a local based NGO in a new approach that combines tree planting and increased food crop yields through a farmer-managed, self-financing and replicable agroforestry program.

| Fondation Seguin and Chefs for Humanity support the Garden school program in Haiti initiated by the Smallholder Farmers Alliance
|

 |
|
| The Smallholder Farmers Alliance will launch a program that will create a total of 10 school gardens where students will grow vegetables, learn about nutrition, and engage with their parents, teachers and the community to better understand what constitutes a nutritious diet.
This initiative has been made possible by Chefs for Humanity and Fondation Seguin

| Vogue Italia Honors Petra Wadström for her ingenious idea of Solvatten and partnership with Fondation Seguin for the Green Haiti Project.

| Solvatten uses sun and water to bring about that change. The two elements also join together in the name of this small container which, on its own, purifies and heats water in a few hours. By simply using the synergic effects of UV rays and heat to kill bacteria, Solvatten changes the life of people who live in extreme poverty, and helps to abate CO2 emissions.

| Government of Haiti purchases SOLVATTEN |

| The Ministry of Environment in Haiti has purchased SOLVATTEN Safe Water System, to launch a large health, environment and empowerment program called The Green Haiti Project. This five year initiative will provide Haitian families with environmentally-friendly household kits including energy efficient cook stoves, solar lamps and Solvatten. Furthermore the beneficiaries will be educated and involved in planting trees and protect natural resources. |

| This initiative supports the national objectives to rebuild Haiti in a socio-economical and ecological way. Fondation Seguin, a Haitian environmental NGO will manage the Green Haiti Project with its partners to achieve this ambitious long term goal. |

The Green Haiti Project is a long term initiative set out to start in November 2011 and will benefit at least 1000,000 people with energy efficient cook stoves, portable solar lamps and Solvatten. Furthermore this project will involve and educate the beneficiaries of the technology to plant trees.

PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti - Fondation Seguin is on track to plant 300,000 trees in their reforestation program of the Parc National La Visite. The program of planting 300,000 seedlings is in memory of the 300,000 lives lost in the earthquake of January 12 2010.

| Le Parc La Visite en coupe réglée |

Le Parc national La Visite, l'une des rares régions forestières du pays, est en passe de devenir à son tour un désert. Classé Patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO, le parc est défiguré quotidiennement par des particuliers qui abattent des arbres comme s'il s'agissait de leur propre propriété. Une situation lourde de conséquences sur l'écosystème du pays.
